Paper Plane

The Paper Plane is a modern bourbon-based cocktail created by bartender Sam Ross in 2007. It consists of equal parts bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and freshly squeezed lemon juice, which are shaken together with ice and strained into a chilled glass. The resulting cocktail is a balanced and refreshing drink with a slightly bitter and citrusy taste, which has become popular among bourbon enthusiasts and cocktail lovers.
